A recurring need, rooted in community.
Saving for a home. Supporting family. Funding a shared goal. Cirvia is being designed around repeated contributions and lasting relationships, giving the product a reason to be useful beyond a single transfer.
FOR INVESTORS · THE CIRVIA OPPORTUNITY
Cirvia is building a Global Community Finance Network: one connected home for savings circles, cooperatives and the people who power them.
Pre-seed · MVP development · Investor conversations welcome
WHY CIRVIA
Community finance begins with people who choose to move forward together. Yet organising contributions, maintaining records and agreeing what happens next can become harder as groups grow or cross borders.
Cirvia’s opportunity is to make that coordination simpler: connect the individual experience, the organiser’s workspace and the infrastructure needed to support money movement.

A circle leader, cooperative or employer can introduce a whole community to one shared workspace. This creates a route to reach members through institutions they already know; acquisition efficiency must be proven in pilots.
UK–Nigeria gives us a defined first corridor in which to test contributions, currency rules and coordination. The wider opportunity is to repeat a proven operating model across eligible communities, countries and currencies.

Make community finance easier to organise, more useful to participate in, and practical to extend across borders.
WHY NOW
The World Bank’s Global Findex 2025 shows that account access and formal saving have expanded. Cirvia’s thesis is that this creates a stronger foundation for tools built around shared goals, group rules and recurring participation.
For an early investor, the opportunity is to help shape the product and commercial model as Cirvia moves from an interactive prototype towards a controlled pilot.
of adults worldwide had a financial account in 2024, up from 74% in 2021.
of adults in low- and middle-income economies saved using an account in 2024, up 16 percentage points from 2021.
Market context, not Cirvia adoption or an estimate of its addressable market. Product demand and willingness to pay remain to be validated.
HOW CIRVIA COULD EARN
The proposed model combines organisation subscriptions with optional consumer tools and eligible payment services. We intend to test pricing against demonstrable value: less administration, clearer records and a better member experience.
Cooperatives & associations
Recurring software subscriptions for member registers, schemes, approvals and reporting.
Initial commercial focusIndividuals & organisers
A free entry experience, with optional paid tools for more involved goals and circle administration.
Pricing to validateEligible supported transactions
Transparent service fees or agreed provider revenue shares, subject to the operating model, contracts and country requirements.
Provider-dependentEmployers & platforms
Organisation subscriptions, integrations and API access as the platform and delivery capacity mature.
Expansion roadmapProposed revenue streams, not current revenue. Prices, margins and provider economics have not been validated.
A ROUTE TO MARKET WITH COMMUNITY AT ITS CENTRE
Our intended entry point is a practical problem for a defined community. Start with UK–Nigeria circle organisers and cooperatives, learn through pilots, then expand the member experience around the work they already do.
Give organisers a clear reason to adopt: member records, contribution schedules, scheme management and shared rules.
Connect each person to their circle, goals and participation history. Test onboarding, engagement and repeat use.
Use retention, support cost and viable economics to guide additional organisations, corridors and integrations.
Learn before scaling. Pilot evidence informs the next product and market decision.
This is a distribution strategy to test. Organisational adoption and network effects are not yet demonstrated.
WHAT COULD MAKE CIRVIA DISTINCTIVE
Our long-term advantage would come from serving the whole community workflow well. These planned capabilities are designed to make that experience more coherent and valuable over time.
A factual participation history, with privacy controls and a correction process. Designed to help members carry their community story between supported experiences.
Readable, versioned agreements covering contributions, payout order, decisions and disputes. A common reference for members and organisers.
Clear treatment of currencies, fees, quote expiry and exchange-rate changes, designed into the circle’s agreement before contributions begin.
Explore personal, global circle and cooperative workflows using fictional demo data.

Current target: 14 November 2026. Financial-service activation depends on product, provider, security and applicable regulatory readiness. The date does not override those gates.
Follow the launch journeyWHY ENGAGE AT THIS STAGE
We welcome investors who understand that enduring fintech businesses are built through disciplined execution. Early capital and relevant expertise would support three priorities.
Core circle and cooperative workflows, reliable accounting, payment integrations, testing and the team needed to deliver them.
Legal and compliance work, provider diligence, security, reconciliation, support and clear customer protections.
Focused pilot recruitment, onboarding, pricing research and evidence on retention, acquisition cost and contribution margin.
Proposed priorities for a future financing plan. Raise size, allocation, valuation and investment terms are not published on this page.

The case for engaging now is the opportunity to shape an early company around a defined community-finance problem, a focused first corridor and a proposed recurring software model. Capital could help turn the current prototype into pilot evidence. The investment case depends on that execution, rather than established traction.
Willingness to pay, repeat participation, acquisition efficiency, contribution margins and the practical demands of serving organisations. Payment-provider access, country requirements, security, FX exposure and operational resilience also need to be resolved before financial services launch. Early-stage investment can result in the loss of all capital.
The current website collects waitlist interest and offers illustrative product previews. It does not hold customer funds or process payments. No licence, regulatory approval or signed payment-provider relationship is claimed. The operating model and required arrangements are workstreams for launch readiness.
