This notice explains the Cirvia waitlist website. Financial-product privacy terms will be published before those services are activated.
Who to contact
Cirvia is a community-finance platform being developed by founder Uchenna Okezie. The contact responsible for this pre-launch waitlist is Uchenna Okezie: uokezie@hotmail.com.
What this website collects
When you join, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, country, user type, how you heard about Cirvia, an optional referral code, your consent choices and the time you registered. We create a registration position and referral code. We do not ask for banking details, identity documents or financial-account credentials.
Why we use it
We use your details to administer the waitlist, send the product reveals and early-access updates you consent to, consider beta cohorts and understand interest by community and country. Email consent is required for this email-based waitlist. SMS updates are separately optional. You can withdraw either consent at any time.
We also maintain limited security and administrator audit records to protect registrations and account access. The application rate limiter uses a hashed network identifier and short-lived counters; it does not store a raw IP address in the waitlist database.
Storage and service providers
The website uses Sites hosting and a Cloudflare D1 database. These infrastructure providers process information to deliver and secure the website. Authorised Cirvia administrators can access registrations and export them for waitlist administration. We do not sell your information or publish your contact details.
Infrastructure processing may take place outside your country. Provider processing terms, applicable transfer arrangements and any future messaging providers will be reviewed and this notice updated as the launch operating model is finalised. No email or SMS delivery provider is connected to this website at present.
Your browser and analytics
This website does not currently load advertising or third-party analytics trackers. In-page event hooks are available for future, consent-aware analytics integration but do not transmit visitor analytics today. The waitlist confirmation can store a private access key in this tab's session storage so you can check your own referral progress. It is not an advertising identifier. Signing in to the protected administration area may use the hosting provider's authentication cookies.
Referrals
If you arrive using a referral link and join, we record that referral relationship. The referring person can see aggregate signup and verified-referral counts, not your name, email or phone number. Referral benefits are subject to manual verification and eligibility. We do not request friends' contact information or send invitations on your behalf.
Retention and control
Waitlist records are intended to be reviewed within 90 days after the target launch. Entries no longer needed for early-access administration should be deleted or anonymised. This is an operational review, not an automated deletion promise. Security rate-limit records expire after two hours and are cleaned up during subsequent requests. Administrator access and change records may be retained to investigate security or consent issues.
Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal, or to ask about other applicable data rights. We will verify that the registration belongs to you before disclosing or changing personal information. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already performed. If you are unhappy with our handling of your information, you may contact your local data protection authority; in the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office.

Product-specific controller details, service providers, country coverage, financial-data processing, retention schedules and transfer arrangements will be set out in updated notices. The current preview is illustrative and does not process real financial transactions.
